We're working on a new "Tech. Centre" for the site.
Once this is launched, you'll be able to quickly find a solution to any Frets On Fire problem you may encounter. As always, we'll update the information regularly and you'll still be able to get support via email.
We've decided to scrap the idea. Why? It's pretty simple! Although there are one or two people who want Geetar Freaks to have a forum, the majority of our users (Over 98%) just use our site for the downloads and guides. This means that there's no real point in us maintaining a forum for a very small minority of our users. On top of that, there's already long-established Frets On Fire forums such as the "Frets On Fire Fan Forum" and "Keyboards On Fire."
We may consider launching a new forum at some stage in the future if a high enough percentage of our users want one. However, at the moment, having a forum is far too much extra work.
We've added the DS|Alarian Mod to our long list of downloads! This is probably the only modification we'll host because, well, it's the best! It includes some amazing features such as themes to make your game more like Rock Band or Guitar Hero, a career mode, multiplayer and way more! As well as that, it squashes pretty much all the bugs and glitches that are present in the official Frets On Fire games.
We'd like to thank the two people who've donated to us so far. (Eric and Normen)
You can track our progress by going to the "PayPal Donate" page here and viewing the progress bar at the bottom of the page.
We'd like to apologise for the delay it took in replying to some of yer emails. Because I (Sam) am the only person who knows everything about everything, I'm the one who replies to all the emails. Well, actually, I do everything anyway!
But yeah, we've had way more emails than usual recently, and our daily visitors more than doubled on Sunday for some reason! All the emails have been replied to now though. :)
Once again, sorry for the slow replies if you've been affected!
